We have a 7-day return policy, If you need to cancel a order, please contact us at email@example.com. However, we will not be able to cancel an order that is already in transit.
Please contact customer care through email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery to return products that have been damaged in transit or if the wrong product has been sent. Return requests sent 24 hours after delivery will not be considered in the case of a damaged or incorrectly delivered product.
In the event that a product is returned due to non-functioning, we will arrange for a return pickup; however, before unboxing video of the defective product should be recorded as soon as you receive it, and the product will be checked and replaced if there is physical damage to the product. If the product is in excellent working order, no replacement will be supplied, and the goods will be returned to the user after payment of the necessary shipping charges.
Only in the event that the same product is not available for replacement and under the following conditions do we offer a refund:
- Damaged or Faulty Product(s).
- Wrong Product(s) delivered which are not as per your order.
- Cancellation of order before dispatch.
- Cancellation of order due to stock unavailability.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
- If you received wrong product, just contact us with the proof and we will exchange the product with the correct one.
Refund would be processed directly to the original mode of online payment and cannot be refunded to alternative modes of payment.
